Fee for online banking transfers within the same banking system

Currently, transferring funds within the same banking system via internet banking does not incur fees for users. However, certain banks such as Vietcombank, BIDV,... still apply charges when customers transfer within the same system. The fees applied for transferring funds via internet banking within the internal system of these banks are as follows:

+) Fee for online banking transfers at Vietcombank:

- Below 50 million VND: a fee of 2,000 VND/transaction applies
- From 50 million VND and above, equivalent to a fee of 5,000 VND/transaction

+) Fee for online banking transfers at BIDV:

- Below 10,000 VND: Free of charge
- From 30 million VND downwards: 1,000 VND/transaction applies when using BIDV Online and BIDV Smart Banking services, and 3,000 VND/transaction for BIDV Bankplus.
- Above 30 million VND: Applies a fee of 0.01% of the transaction amount, with a maximum fee of 9,000 VND/transaction

+) Fee for online banking transfers at ACB:

- Transfers within the same province/city: Free of charge
- Transfers within the same system but different province/city: 0.007% (minimum: 10,500 VND/item; maximum: 350,000 VND/item)

+) Fee for online banking transfers at Agribank:

Despite being within the same banking system, Agribank still applies a fee for each transaction made through internet banking, which is 0.02% of the transaction value (minimum: 3,000 VND; maximum: 800,000 VND).

Techcombank stands out as the top bank offering attractive services with the most ideal fees. Whether customers transfer funds through internal or interbank internet banking, there are no fees involved. Below are the fees for online banking transfers among different banks:

+) Fee for online banking transfers at Vietcombank:

- Below 10 million VND: Fee is calculated at 7,000 VND/transaction
- From 10 million VND onwards: Applies a fee of 0.02% of the transaction amount (minimum fee is 10,000 VND/transaction and maximum is 1,000,000 VND/transaction)

+) Fee for online banking transfers at BIDV: The applicable fee when customers transfer funds to recipients at other banks besides BIDV is as follows:

- Below 10 million VND: 7,000 VND/transaction
- Above 10 million VND: 0.02% of the transfer amount (equivalent to a minimum of 10,000 VND/transaction and a maximum of 50,000 VND/transaction)

+) Fee for online banking transfers at Vietinbank:

- Transfer amounts from 1,000 VND to less than 50,000,000 VND incur a fee of 9,000 VND/transaction
- From 50,000,000 VND onwards: 0.01% of the transaction amount (minimum fee is 10,000 VND/transaction)
- For instant transfers outside the system 24/7, a fee of 9,000 VND/transaction applies

+) Fee for online banking transfers at VPbank:

Transfer to banks outside VPbank within the same region: $0.30 per transaction (standard package); $0.40 per transaction (premium package)

Transfer to banks outside VPbank in different regions: $1.00 per transaction (standard package); 0.05% per transaction (minimum $1.00 and maximum $50.00 per transaction)

Fee for transferring money through 24/7 card: $0.35 per transaction (standard and premium packages)

+) Internet banking transfer fee for LienVietPostBank:

Transfer to another bank within the same province/city with an amount less than 500 million VND: $0.30 per transaction
Transfer outside the system within the same province/city with an amount greater than or equal to 500 million VND: 0.016% of the transaction amount (minimum: $4 and maximum: $20)
Transfer outside the system to other provinces/cities: 0.036% of the transaction amount (minimum: $9; maximum: $450)

+) Internet banking transfer fee for TPBank:

Transfer outside the system within the province/city with an amount less than 500 million VND: $0.40 per transaction in VND or USD
Transfer outside the system within the province/city with an amount from 500 million VND upwards: 0.01% of the transaction amount (minimum: $8; maximum: $120)
Transfer outside the system to other provinces: 0.04% of the transaction amount (minimum: $8; maximum: $240)

+) Internet banking transfer fee for ACB:

Transfer to other banks outside of ACB: 10,000 VND per transaction

+) Sacombank internet banking transfer fee:

- Interbank transfer within the same province/city: 0.018% of transaction value (minimum: 15,000 VND; maximum: 900,000 VND)
- Interbank transfer outside the province/city: 0.041% (minimum: 25,000 VND; maximum: 900,000 VND)
- Fast transfer:

) Below 100 million VND: 12,000 VND per transaction
) From 100 million VND to 200 million VND: 15,000 VND per transaction

+) HDBank internet banking transfer fee:

Fee for transfers within the same province/city:

) Before 2 PM: Applicable fee is 0.015% (minimum: 10,000 VND/transaction; maximum: 750,000 VND/transaction)
) After 2 PM: 0.025% (minimum: 20,000 VND/transaction; maximum: 1,000,000 VND/transaction)

Fee for transfers outside the province/city:

) Before 2 PM: 0.03% of transaction amount (minimum: 15,000 VND; maximum: 1,000,000 VND)
) After 2 PM: 0.04% of transaction value (minimum: 20,000 VND; maximum: 1,000,000 VND)

+) Transfer fee for internet banking at DongA Bank:

Fee for internet banking transfers outside DongA Bank network within the same province/city:

) Transaction amount less than 500 million VND: 0.01% of value (minimum: 10,000 VND/item)
) Transaction amount equal to or greater than 500 million VND: 0.02% of value (maximum: 1,000,000 VND/item)

Fee for internet banking transfers outside DongA Bank network, across provinces/cities: 0.05% (minimum: 20,000 VND/item; maximum: 1,000,000 VND/item)

+) Transfer fee for internet banking at Eximbank:

For transfers via internet banking at other banks, the standard fee is 0.02% of transaction value (minimum: 10,000 VND/transaction; maximum: 1,000,000 VND/transaction)

Fast transfer fee via internet banking at other banks is 0.02% of transaction value (minimum: 10,000 VND; maximum: 60,000 VND).

+) Transfer fee for internet banking at SCB:

For transfers to accounts outside the network under 200 million VND: 10,000 VND/transaction
For transfers to accounts outside the network from 200 million VND and above: 0.03% of transaction amount (maximum: 5,000,000 VND/transaction)
