These are all outstanding Japanese games.
Yakuza Series
If GTA is seen as a miniature version of American society, then Sega's Yakuza series is the most vivid depiction of Japanese culture. Throughout the journey of the main characters in Yakuza, you'll witness a modern yet deeply traditional Japan. From architecture, landmarks to culture and the way of life of the Japanese people, everything stands out in Yakuza. It's almost like a special travel guide for those who love the Land of the Rising Sun.

For gamers familiar with Sega's famous Yakuza series, the appearance of 18+ stars in various versions of this game is not surprising.
In the past, many JAV actresses have appeared in Yakuza, such as Yui Hatano and Kana Momonogi. Even for many 18+ actresses, having their image featured in Yakuza is considered an honor that rarely happens. Although these actresses embody completely normal characters in the game (rather than their roles in films), it's enough to create excitement and captivate gamers.
Ghost of Tsushima
If Yakuza offers us a glimpse of modern Japan, then Ghost of Tsushima will transport you to the heroic past of the land of the rising sun.

Ghost of Tsushima is set on the island of Tsushima in Japan, a place that was invaded by the Mongols in 1274. Sucker Punch, the developer, conducted extensive research on the actual island, including studying the initial state of the beach where the Mongols first attacked. The production team did an excellent job in recreating the geography, flora, and fauna of this island. For Sucker Punch, it's an honor to set the stage for beautiful and tense moments in a rural area ravaged by war.
Ghostwire: Tokyo
Tango Gameworks, the developer, utilized the power and speed of the PlayStation 5 to create a surreal version of Tokyo, while allowing you to feel every possibility and action of the character through the haptic feedback feature of the DualSense controller. The 3D sound also helps players immerse deeper into the game world, where dangers lurk around every corner.

Ghostwire: Tokyo leverages the technology of the PS5 to recreate the timeless beauty of Tokyo. It's a mix of modern skyscrapers, dark alleys, and ancient temples. All of this is infused with a mysterious flavor that even locals of this city find surprising. Many iconic locations of Tokyo will appear in the game such as Shibuya street, Tokyo Tower...
Honestly, it's not an exaggeration to say that GhostWire: Tokyo is the most impressive blockbuster ever introduced on PS5. You don't have to be a hardcore fan of Japanese culture to feel dazzled, astonished, and enchanted by what Tango Gameworks has accomplished in GhostWire: Tokyo. Simply put, this is an incredibly beautiful game.
