- Chiori wields dual swords in her normal attacks, similar to Alhaitham. However, as an off-field character, her direct combat utility is limited.
- Not a support character, she deals damage from the sidelines.
- Her breakthrough enhances critical rate.
- Skills synergize well with Geo constructs and the Crystallize reaction.
- Chiori's talent is linked to Geo damage and strengthening Geo constructs.
- Elemental skill summons a puppet that attacks alongside on-field characters (similar to Fischl and Oz).
- However, the puppet isn't considered a construct. To leverage the Geo construct buff, you need characters like Zhongli, Albedo, or even Itto, the Wandering Chef.
- Ultimate skill focuses purely on dealing damage.
- Chiori's important constellations are rumored to create more powerful puppets, not limited to two, and said to be as strong as Yelan, Nahida C6.
Building Chiori may be challenging as she requires both attack and defense stats. Whether it's split scaling (each skill needs a specific stat) or dual scaling (all skills require both stats) is still unknown. Mytour hopes for the latter case, making artifacts with both attack and defense more versatile.
An interesting detail is that players might not have to farm new artifacts. Leakers suggest she works well with the Pale Flame set, currently available in the Spiral Abyss. Those who farmed for Itto, Noelle, or the Ocean-Hued Clam set for Kokomi likely have many Pale Flame pieces in their inventory.
Regarding weapons, leakers believe her 5-star weapon will be worthwhile as it's the 5-star version of the free-to-play Alley Hunter, given to players since patch 2.3. It will have an 88% critical damage stat, a significant number. Fans of Albedo may want to pull for this sword. However, like any other leaked information, we have to wait until the game's test server opens to know if this is accurate.
