1. Guide to shopping on Shopee on a computer
Step 1: Visit the Shopee website at https://shopee.vn/
The website interface will appear as shown below
- First, we need to Sign Up for a new account or Log in to an existing account (1) at the top right corner.
- After logging into your account, let's start searching for the item you want to purchase in the search bar (2).
Step 2: Once you've found the item you want to buy, click on the Buy Now section to proceed with the purchase and payment. If you wish to buy more items, click on Add to Cart next to the Buy Now button.
Step 3: After clicking Buy Now, the Shopping Cart interface will display the items you need to purchase. To save money on your purchase, you can add a Discount Code in section (1). After adding the code and deciding to purchase, click Buy Now (2).

Step 4: After clicking Buy Now, choose the payment method (1) as Credit/Debit Card if you have one. If not, select Cash on Delivery as it's the quickest and most convenient method. Click Place Order (2) to confirm your purchase.
Step 5: After successfully purchasing, Shopee will notify you about the status of your order. Click on View Order Details to see more information.
Your order status will be detailed as shown below, including status, quantity, recipient address, order ID, and payment amount.
2. How to shop on Shopee using Smartphone

After downloading the Shopee app to your mobile device, the interface will look like this:
- You either create a new account or log in at section (1).
- After creating your account, you can start shopping through the Shopee app. Go back to the homepage to find the item you want to purchase in the search section (2).
- In the suggested box number (3), you can find the hottest search categories on Shopee.
- Section number (4) is where Flash Deals items with continuous discounts are updated. If you're a bargain hunter, you should check out this section.
Step 2: After selecting the item you want to purchase, click on the Buy Now section in orange or click on the green shopping cart icon to pay later and continue shopping.
Step 3: After deciding to purchase, the Shopping Cart interface will appear.
- Choose Edit (1) to remove items you don't like.
- In section (2), select the quantity of items you want to purchase by clicking -/+
- You can add Discount Codes if available in section (3).
- After deciding to purchase, click Buy Now (4) to proceed with buying your favorite item.
Step 4: At this point, Shopee requests us to fill in payment information. If you've already registered your information, you can skip this step. After completing the required information, click Select to confirm the details.
Step 5: Tap on the Choose Payment Method section to select whether to pay upon receiving the item or via credit card.
Step 6: Choose the Cash on Delivery payment method as it's the quickest and simplest, if you often shop on Shopee and have a credit card, you can choose the Credit/Debit Card payment method.
Step 7: After selecting the payment method, click Place Order to confirm your purchase.
Step 8: To check your order, select Me (1) in the menu bar as shown below, then choose Waiting for Confirmation (2) to check your order.
Your order details will be displayed as shown below, including status, quantity, recipient address, order ID, and payment amount.
