Misplaced your garage door manual? Forgotten your PIN? Or perhaps you never knew it to begin with? If so, this guide can assist you in resetting the keypad to a PIN you can use. This method applies to keypads with flip-up covers, although it may also work for others.
Steps

Press and hold PROG+6+Up/Dwn until the red LED light on the keypad turns off.

Input 3+5+7+PROG.

Input New PIN+PROG, and observe as the red LED light on the keypad blinks slowly 2-5 times before extinguishing.

Press Learn Code on the garage door motor, and notice as the red LED on the motor begins to blink.

Enter New PIN+Up/Dwn, and watch as the red LED on the motor becomes solid.

Press Up/Dwn, and observe as the red LED on the motor turns off while the keypad remains illuminated for approximately 30 seconds.

After the keypad backlight turns off, input new PIN+Up/Down, and witness the door either closing or opening.

Your new PIN can consist of 3 to 8 digits.

For step three, if your new PIN is 0458, enter 0+4+5+8+PROG.
Important Notices
- Physically inspect the area beneath the garage door before pressing the Up/Down button.
- Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the garage door from opening or closing.
