1. How to Download Zoom Meetings
To download Zoom Meeting, simply visit the official website and choose the appropriate version to download.

Zoom offers various versions, but don't worry about them. We are basic users, so let's choose the Zoom Client for Meetings version for the smoothest operation. Click Download to get the app on your device.
2. Installing Zoom Meetings
The installation process of Zoom Meeting software is similar to other software on your computer.
After completing the download, open the application and select Run to proceed with the installation. The Zoom Meeting software will automatically choose the C: drive for installation, which cannot be changed.
The installation process will take between 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the speed of your drive.

To join meetings without registering, select Join a Meeting.

- Enter Meeting ID: Room creator's name or ID
- Name: Display name when joining the room
- Remember My Name for Future Meetings: Save name for future joinings
- Do Not Connect to Audio: Mute audio upon joining
- Turn Off My Video: Disable my camera when joining
After setting up the necessary information, click Join and input the room password to complete.
4. How to log in to Zoom Meetings for full functionality
To utilize the feature of hosting a meeting, logging in on Zoom Meeting is mandatory. For free accounts, we can host meetings with a maximum duration of 40 minutes and up to 3 meetings per day.
On the main interface of Zoom Meeting, select Sign In.
Logging in with a Zoom Meeting account can be time-consuming and requires extensive verification. Therefore, we'll utilize the Connect method with social media accounts such as SSO, Facebook, Google.
In this article, Software Tricks opts for Sign in with Google because everyone is likely to have a Google account, Gmail, etc.
Zoom Meeting will automatically open a linking window in the browser you're using. You'll receive a notification 'Open Zoom?' and select Open Zoom to launch the software.
