2. Remove unnecessary app data
After analyzing and checking your iCloud storage status in the Storage Management section, proceed to remove any unused data. Keep only the essential data. Also, review the backup storage to delete unnecessary data from your current iPhone and old backups you no longer use.
To delete unimportant data, follow these steps:
In the Storage Management section > Select Backups > Documents and Data > Select Show all apps > Choose the apps you want to delete > Select Turn Off and Delete
Continue to Turn Off and Delete with the unnecessary apps listed in the inventory.
Go back to Settings > select
ID Apple, iCloud > select iCloud. In the Apps Using iCloud section, disable the automatic sync feature for less used apps like Maps, iBooks…
