Step 3: In the Xbox Game Bar section, locate and activate the option Enable Xbox Game Bar for Things Like Recording Game Clips, Chatting With Friends, and Receiving Game Invites.
In the Captures section, you can adjust the location for saving videos and screenshots, enable video recording in background mode, enable video recording during screen presentation, set the maximum video recording time, and adjust audio settings and video quality.
Step 4: Additionally, on the Windows 10 Gaming Settings window, you can find and select the Captures option to adjust screen recording options on Xbox Game Bar.

Method 1: Using Built-in Screen Recorder
On macOS Catalina and later versions, Apple has added a feature allowing users to take screenshots and record screen videos.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Press Shift + Command + 5 to open the screen capture toolbar.
Step 2: Now, on your screen, you'll see a series of tools, including: 3 screen capture tools on the left corner and 2 screen recording tools in the middle, along with Options and Capture (or Record) buttons.
