+ You need to possess a current account and open an optional term online deposit account at ACB bank
+ You have registered for the ACB online service of ACB bank.
2. Process of settling online savings accounts with ACB
Step 1: Access ACB's electronic banking system, enter your username and password to log in
Step 2: In the 'deposit' section on the left menu, select 'optional term online deposit', click 'open account'
Step 3: Choose the term deposit account to settle and the receiving account, then select the authentication method (static password/static password + OTP SMS), press 'agree'
Step 4: Review transaction information, enter confirmation code, press 'agree' to complete the transaction
Step 5: Result notification screen for settling term deposit.
Note:
- The 'settle optional term online deposit account' feature only allows settlement of term deposit accounts opened via the ACB online system. For accounts opened at the bank's counter, please proceed to ACB bank's counter for settlement.
- If you need to use the money earlier than planned, you can also settle the deposit before maturity. However, at this time, the deposit interest will be calculated at the non-term interest rate of ACB bank.
