Unboxing the POCO F4 GT to see what's inside!
The POCO F4 GT box is divided into two vibrant color schemes; on the left is black with white diagonal stripes, while on the right is yellow, adding the device's name and dimensions. Overall, we can see that the packaging of the device accurately reflects the brand's style from the past and showcases the dynamic, rugged nature of the device.

Inside the box, the brand provides a comprehensive set of basic accessories for users, including: User manual, SIM ejector tool, transparent case, 120W fast charger, and USB Type-C charging cable. This is something I really appreciate about POCO because the brand is one of the few phone manufacturers that still equips users with such a complete set of accessories. Not only that, but the brand also thoughtfully includes a headphone jack adapter from USB Type-C to 3.5mm! I truly value this gesture, as it allows us to use the phone immediately after unboxing and saves a lot of time searching for accessories!

Hands-on with the POCO F4 GT featuring a bold gaming design
The Redmi K50 Gaming boasts an outwardly rugged design with a metal frame and a plastic back adorned with distinctive gaming patterns. Tuned specifically for gaming, the POCO F4 GT also features physical support buttons that can be activated using a switch at two corners of the device. I highly appreciate this design as it makes gaming more convenient for players of PUBG Mobile, Call Of Duty, Free Fire, etc., without the need for additional third-party accessories.

Taking a quick look at the overall design of the POCO F4 GT, I can conclude that this is the commercialized version of the recently launched Redmi K50 Gaming Edition. The device comes in three main colors: gold, silver, and black, allowing you to comfortably choose a back panel that suits your personality. Personally, I quite like the yellow color as not many devices use this vibrant yellow, complemented with bold black and orange accents. On the back, the triple-camera setup is arranged in a rectangular module placed in the top-left corner. Not stopping there, the flash of the device is designed in the shape of a lightning bolt, somewhat indicating the device's electrifying prowess!

The front of the POCO F4 GT showcases a 'waterdrop' notch design placed centrally in the upper corner, a familiar sight. Additionally, the device's screen is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel capable of displaying up to 1 billion colors, providing users with a vivid, detailed display. Furthermore, the POCO F4 GT is equipped with a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of up to 480Hz, ensuring smoother touch interactions. This is especially beneficial for gamers looking to minimize accidental slips during intense gaming sessions or daily tryharding!

The buttons and ports of the POCO F4 GT are all adequately equipped. On the right side, you'll find the power button and two physical trigger buttons; on the left side, there are the volume control buttons and the SIM card slot. Looking up to the top side, you'll encounter the secondary microphone and speaker grille, while the bottom side includes the primary microphone, USB Type-C charging port, and another speaker grille.

Although the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has been around for a while, it has faced overheating issues in many devices equipped with this chip, causing sudden heat, higher power consumption, and reduced performance. However, POCO has provided a solution to this problem by incorporating the LiquidCool 3.0 multi-layer cooling technology into the POCO F4 GT. This technology helps the device better control temperature and allows the processor to operate at maximum capacity. The Tech Spurt YouTube channel also mentions the device staying relatively cool during Genshin Impact gameplay!

To enhance the efficiency of the POCO F4 GT, the company has equipped this phone with LPDDR5 RAM, offering two options: 8 GB or 12 GB. This results in faster task processing and better multitasking capabilities. Additionally, with up to 256 GB of internal storage, you'll have ample space for storing heavy game titles.

The POCO F4 GT is powered by a 4,700 mAh battery, a somewhat modest figure in today's era. However, the smartphone compensates with HyperCharge 120W fast charging technology. According to the manufacturer, the POCO F4 GT can fully charge in just 17 minutes under normal conditions and 27 minutes while gaming and charging simultaneously. These impressive numbers are sure to delight gamers, allowing for extended gaming sessions with short charging intervals.

In terms of photography capabilities, the POCO F4 GT is equipped with a triple rear camera setup with the following specifications:
- Main camera with 64 MP resolution.
- Ultra-wide camera with 8 MP resolution.
- Macro camera with 2 MP resolution.

These are the specifications, and I believe the photos and videos produced by the POCO F4 GT will showcase excellent quality with vibrant colors and high detail. The 20 MP selfie camera, equipped with features like AI, portrait mode, combined with various image filters, makes it a valuable companion for streamers.

What is the price of the POCO F4 GT? Is the POCO F4 GT worth it?
