Hiệp sĩ Vòng Tròn (tiếng Anh: Knights of the Round Table) là một nhóm gồm 28 nhân vật phụ trợ vua Arthur trong việc tìm kiếm Chiếc Chén Thánh.

Lịch sử

Khi Arthur đến Camylard, ông gặp Guinevere lần đầu tiên - con gái của vua Lodegrean. Guinevere là một công chúa với vẻ đẹp tuyệt mỹ, ngang ngửa với nữ thần. Arthur và Guinevere đã yêu nhau từ cái nhìn đầu tiên. Mặc dù Merlin đã nhìn thấy những khó khăn trong số phận của Arthur và cảnh báo rằng Guinevere sẽ gây ra sự suy thoái của vương quốc và phản bội vua sau này, tình yêu giữa họ quá sâu đậm và mù quáng khiến Arthur không để ý đến những lời cảnh báo của pháp sư, quyết định cưới Guinevere và phong làm vương hậu của Anh Quốc.

Không còn cách nào khác, Merlin đành chấp nhận và sắp xếp đám cưới cho họ. Trong ngày cưới, Lodegrean tặng Arthur và vương hậu một chiếc bàn tròn có 150 chỗ ngồi và 100 hiệp sĩ để giúp đỡ vua. Chiếc bàn tròn này được xem như biểu tượng cho sự đoàn kết, sự hoàn hảo và sự vĩ đại của Arthur và các hiệp sĩ của ông.
