Today, Mytour will guide you through the process of changing the country setting on YouTube, which determines the content YouTube delivers to you. This can be done on both the desktop version and the mobile app. Note that altering your content location may result in certain videos being unavailable in your region.
Steps
On a Computer

Open YouTube. Go to https://www.youtube.com/. Your profile homepage will appear if you're already logged into YouTube.
- If you're not logged in, click SIGN IN and enter your email address and password before proceeding.

Click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the YouTube page. A dropdown menu will appear.

Select the Location option near the bottom of the dropdown menu.

Choose a country. Click on the country you wish to view content from. The page will reload, and your content location will be updated to that country.
On Mobile

Open YouTube. Tap on the app with the red and white YouTube logo. Your profile homepage will open if you're already logged in.
- If you're not logged in, enter your email address and password before proceeding.

Tap on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen. A menu will appear.

Select the Settings option near the middle of the screen.

Tap on General. This option is only available on Android. If you're using an iPhone or iPad, you can skip this step.

Tap on Content location near the bottom of the "YOUTUBE" section.

Choose a country from the list.
