This Mytour article will guide you on how to cheat in the online game Cookie Clicker.
Steps
Launch Cookie Clicker. Go to http://orteil.dashnet.org/cookieclicker/ in your browser. This will open the Cookie Clicker game interface.
Open the browser's source inspector. Depending on your browser, the steps might vary slightly:
- For Chrome: Press Ctrl+⇧+J (Windows) or ⌘+⌥+J (Mac).
- For Firefox: Press Ctrl+⇧+K (Windows) or Ctrl+⌥+K (Mac).
- For Edge: Right-click on the page and select "Inspect element".
- For IE: Right-click on the page and choose "Inspect element".
- For Safari: Press ⌘+⌥+C.
Click the Console. You will find this tab at the top of your source inspector window.
Enter the "cookie creation" command. Type Game.Earn(amount) into the Console, replacing amount with the number of cookies you wish to generate.
- For example: If you want to create nearly infinite cookies, type Game.Earn(999999999999999999999999999999) here.
Press ↵ Enter. This step runs the command and adds the specified amount of cookies to your game.
Use the generated cookies to buy any building or item. Once you have enough cookies, you can purchase anything in the game to increase the amount of cookies you earn per second.
- Buying items like the Antimatter Condenser will significantly boost the number of cookies you generate each second.
Experiment with other cheat codes. You can use additional cheat commands in the Console, such as:
- Game.RuinTheFun(); - Unlock all buildings and upgrades in the game, while adding 999,999,999,999,999,999 cookies to your bank. This command can be repeated multiple times.
- Game.cookies=amount - Set the number of cookies to any value you choose to replace amount. You can use this command to increase or decrease your cookie count.
- Game.cookies=Infinity; - Set your cookies to an infinite amount. The only way to undo this is to type Game.cookies=0 in the Console.
- Game.cookiesPs=amount - Set the cookies per second to any value you choose to replace amount.
- Game.lumps=number - Set the number of sugar lumps to any value you wish to replace number.
Save your game if you wish. You can save your Cookie Clicker progress to a file on your computer by clicking Options at the top of the page, then selecting Save to File to download a text version of your game data.
- You can import your saved data by copying the downloaded text, clicking Options, selecting Import Save, and pasting the copied text.
Advice
- The code is case-sensitive.
- If you have many automated items and a large number of buildings, you might want to consider leaving Cookie Clicker open overnight.
- Be sure to save your game before using cheats. This will allow you to revert to the original game state if needed.
