- Minimum size (publishing online and printing): Selecting this option will optimize file size and publishing online.
- Open file after publishing: After completing the conversion process, the converted PDF file will be automatically opened.
Step 3: After setting up, choose where to save the PDF file => click Save to complete the steps, saving the file as PDF without needing conversion software.
2.2. Use the Print feature
Step 1: To convert a Word file to PDF, first, open the Word file you want to convert to PDF, then click on File => Print or press the Ctrl+P key combination to open the Print window.
