Why do you want to disable Bixby?
One of the biggest annoyances of the Bixby button is its placement; it's located on the right side below the volume keys and almost directly opposite the power button. On larger phones like the Galaxy S9+ and Note 8, this often leads to accidental presses and inadvertently triggering Bixby, especially when double-tapping the power button to open the camera.
The Bixby button isn't mapped for any other action; Samsung wants you to use this button for Bixby and nothing else. Therefore, many people will likely opt to just forget about this button and move on.
How to Disable Bixby Voice
Bixby is divided into two distinct types: Bixby Voice and Bixby Home. Bixby Voice allows you to perform tasks by long-pressing the Bixby button, akin to a walkie-talkie. While this feature can be useful, it can also be bothersome when not functioning properly, hence you may want to turn it off before disabling Bixby Home (accessed by pressing the Bixby button).
Step 1: On the Samsung home screen, swipe right until you reach Bixby Home.

How to Disable the Bixby Button

Step 3: Uncheck Bixby Key.
Now, when you press the Bixby button, it won't open Bixby Home.
How to Disable Bixby Home on the Home Screen
The final step to fully disable Bixby is to turn off Bixby Home access from the default home screen.
Step 1: On the home screen, long-press an empty space until the menu appears.
Step 2: Swipe right to access the left-side home panel
Step 3: Turn off Bixby Home
Now, both the Bixby button and Bixby Home are inactive, allowing you to use your phone without accidentally accessing Bixby.
