Step 4 . At the login screen, enter your Zalo username and password or phone number you used to register for Zalo (Image 3) and press Login to complete the login process (Image 4)

Step 1: Access Zalo and click on 'Login' (Image 1). Then, enter your phone number into the Phone Number field, then select 'Recover password' (Image 2) to retrieve your password.

Step 3: At this point, Zalo will call the phone number you just entered to provide a confirmation code. Then, you enter that confirmation code (Image 5). Now, select 'Create password' (Image 6)
