- Pick and wash green vegetables, drain, and cut into pieces about 3 finger joints long.
- Pick bean sprouts, wash and drain.
- Pick and wash edamame, cut into small pieces.
- Wash fresh ginger, slice thinly.
- Trim the roots of spring onions, wash thoroughly, and cut into small sections.
- Peel and wash carrots, slice into rounds or shape as desired.
- Peel onions, wash, and cut into wedges.
- Slice the chili peppers.

Carrots can be carved into flowers or sliced into rounds as desired
Step 3: Place a pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil, then sauté the minced onions and garlic until fragrant.
Step 4: Next, add the prawns and squid to the pan and stir-fry until slightly dry, then transfer to a plate.
- Continue sautéing the minced onions and garlic, along with a bit of chili powder, then add the fish cakes and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the edamame, carrots, onions and stir-fry until cooked through, then transfer to a separate plate.
- Sauté the thinly sliced fresh ginger until fragrant.
- When the ginger releases its fragrant aroma, add the green vegetables, bean sprouts, noodles, squid, prawns, edamame, carrots, and sauté for about a minute. Season with 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of MSG, three tablespoons of boiling water, and a half tablespoon of cooking oil drizzled lightly on top to enhance the dish's appeal.

- Note: keep the heat high and stir evenly to ensure all ingredients cook evenly and absorb the seasonings. Then add spring onions and sliced chili and stir for about 10 seconds. Transfer the noodles onto a plate and begin to indulge.
