This is actually a built-in feature of the MS Word 2019 application. When activated, this feature automatically detects and marks areas with spelling errors, and even detects grammatical mistakes. When using Word, if you type a misspelled word, the application will automatically flag it and display a red underline notification for the writer to notice and rectify the error.
Currently, Word spell check performs checks in English. In the case where you are typing in Vietnamese, even if you type correctly, Word may still interpret it as incorrect, and of course, display a red underline. However, if you type correctly in English, you won't see this red underline.
Therefore, if you primarily compose documents in Vietnamese and want to avoid seeing red underlines in Word every time you write, simply disabling this check feature will cause the red or green underlines to disappear automatically.
Guide to Removing Red Underlines in Word 2019

To remove red underlines in Word 2019, you simply need to disable the spell check feature. Here's how:
Step 1: Click on the File menu, a list of functions will appear, select Options.
Step 2: The Word Options interface appears, click on Proofing in the menu on the left -> next, scroll down to find and deselect items in the When correcting spelling and grammar in Word section as shown below, once deselected, press OK to finish.
Step 3: As a result, all red underlines in Word have been removed. You can continue typing in Vietnamese as usual without encountering this red underline issue anymore.
If you want to re-enable the spell check feature, simply repeat the steps we just instructed above, then tick the boxes again in the When correcting spelling and grammar in Word section, similar to the image above, to re-enable this feature.
