Not only facilitating transfers within the same bank, but Techcombank also offers interbank transfer services to provide customers with more benefits and convenience. Similar to other banks, transferring money between Techcombank and other banks only requires both the sender and recipient to have bank accounts.
I. Guide on how to transfer money between Techcombank interbank
When transferring money between interbank or within Techcombank, there are various methods available. Depending on your needs and the applications you have registered for, you can choose to transfer money between interbank using one of the following methods:
1. Interbank transfer at F@st Mobile
To transfer money from Techcombank via F@st Mobile, you will need:
- Prior registration for Techcombank Internet Banking is required.
- Download the F@st Mobile app to your mobile device.
+ For Android: F@st Mobile for Android
+ For iOS: F@st Mobile for iPhone
- Mobile device connected to wifi, 3G/4G network.
Once you have met all the conditions above, follow these steps to transfer money between Techcombank and other banks such as BIDV, Agribank, MBBank, Vietcombank, etc.
Step 1: Access the F@st Mobile app on your phone, then enter the registered phone number and password (Figure 1). After entering, select 'Login' (Figure 2). (If you have set up fingerprint login, place your finger on the fingerprint circle below the Login button to log in to the app)
Step 2: Look at the bottom of the interface screen, select '24/7 transfer' (Figure 3). Then, choose 'Transfer via Account Number' (Figure 4) (Note: If you select 'Transfer via Card Number', do the same but instead of entering the account number, enter the bank card number)
Step 3: At this point, the app will display a form, you need to align the red arrow straight with 'Select bank' to choose the bank for transfer, then click on 'Enter account number' to enter the recipient's account number (Figure 5). Enter the correct information, the app will display the beneficiary's name, you enter the amount to transfer and transfer description. Then, click on 'Execute' (Figure 6)
Step 4: The app displays all information, you check if it's correct. If correct, click on 'Execute' (Figure 7). At this point, F@st Mobile will send a 'Transaction successful' notification (Figure 8)
2. Interbank transfer at Techombank Internet Banking on desktop
Transferring via Internet Banking on desktop has similar conditions and methods as through F@st Mobile, but instead of logging in on your phone, you access your browser to log in and proceed with the transfer.
3. Interbank transfer at Techombank transaction counter
Although traditional, interbank transfers at Techcombank transaction counters are still preferred by many, especially those who have not registered for Techcombank's SMS and Internet Banking applications.
When conducting transactions at the transaction counter, you need to bring your Techcombank bank card, ID card/driver's license/passport, and arrive during Techcombank's business hours. Then, you need to follow the requests of the transaction staff to complete the transfer.

4. Interbank transfer at Techcombank ATM
Interbank transfers at Techcombank ATMs are also widely used. With this method, you just need to bring your Techcombank ATM card to the Techcombank ATM and follow the system's instructions to easily transfer interbank funds to the recipient.
II. Techcombank interbank transfer fees
Depending on the method of transfer, the Techcombank transfer fees to other bank accounts vary, as follows:
