1. When should parents motivate their children?
2. Is it necessary for parents to always motivate their children?
3. In your opinion, why is negative feedback equally important to positive feedback?
4. How does negative feedback contribute to growth both in work and study environments?
1. When should parents motivate their children?
In my view, there are many instances where parents can provide motivation to their children. One example that comes to mind is when a child shows little interest in their studies or a hobby, like sports. Parents should encourage them to try various sports to help them discover their interests. Another scenario is when a child lacks self-esteem or confidence, which can significantly impact their well-being. Parents should support their children in joining clubs and making new friends to explore their potential.
- Try someone’s hands at smt: thử cái gì đó
- Well-being: sự hạnh phúc, khỏe mạnh
2. Is it always necessary for parents to encourage their children?
I don't see any reason why not. Children are highly susceptible to negative influences, so parental encouragement can empower them to resist such influences. For instance, if a child consistently receives encouragement to adhere to moral standards, they are less likely to engage in harmful behaviors or illegal activities.
- Be vulnerable to smt: dễ bị tổn thương/làm hại bởi cái gì
- Comply with: tuân theo, làm theo
- Moral codes: tiêu chuẩn đạo đức

3. Do you believe negative feedback is more crucial than positive feedback? Why or why not?
I would argue otherwise because life already presents enough challenges, and thus, negative feedback should not be considered more essential than positive feedback. While negative feedback can help individuals identify areas for improvement and growth, excessive negativity can lead to feelings of depression or other mental health issues, which contradicts the intention of feedback.
