Next, candidates need to present who they walked with, or possibly alone. For this question, a simple answer would make the content very brief, so you can explore the weather or describe the scenery at that time.
To make your speech longer and more engaging, you should apply the 5W1H structure (What, When, Where, Who, Why, How) to elaborate on the details surrounding that walking session. Some information you can explore includes how long you walked, whether you took breaks along the way, and if you encountered anyone on the path.
Conclude your speech by sharing your feelings after that journey. Did you feel tired, energetic, or did your feet hurt afterward? Spend ample time on this part.

I want to discuss a recent lengthy stroll that I went on. The route here was around Hoan Kiem Lake. I actually go for this stroll fairly frequently, generally in the late evening and anytime I am feeling stressed out from work or school.
That evening, the clean air and peaceful surroundings of the lake enabled me to unwind and replenish my mind in preparation for the next day. Additionally, there are many police in the neighborhood, which gives me a sense of security. Because of this, I didn’t have to worry about pickpocketing or anything else of the sort, allowing me to focus on other, more crucial matters. The area around the lake has a big, open sidewalk where many people jog and walk, and after a long walk I just sat there on a seat and took in the tranquility of the area.

What are the benefits of walking for health?
People who walk can lead healthier lives in both the physical and mental senses. Walking increases calorie burn physically to maintain or lose weight, preventing or reducing obesity. Additionally, this workout can tone up people’s legs and strengthen their muscles. In terms of the mental component, it is thought that a daily 30-minute walk could increase self-esteem and lessen social isolation symptoms.
