Unfortunately, the new Intel Graphics Driver release for Windows 10 doesn't introduce any new features. Instead, it focuses on bug fixes, enhancing character animations in FIFA 19 (when using DirectX 11) and adding optimization options for faster startup of Pathfinder: Kingmaker and Battlerite Royale.
Intel rolls out updated graphic drivers for Windows 10, promising smoother gaming performance
The list of supported processors includes 7th and 8th generation Intel processors with integrated UHD Graphics 610, or 6th generation processors with integrated HD Graphics 510 or newer. The support list also encompasses 3rd generation Intel processors with Iris Pro chip, as well as older Xeon, Pentium, and Celeron processors using HD Graphics 500 or newer chips.

Reports indicate that some Intel audio driver versions (including versions from 10.25.0.3 to 10.25.0.8) caused issues during the installation of the Windows 10 October 2018 Update. However, these bug fixes are integrated into audio driver release 10.25.00.10, so downgrading to version 10.25.00.9 may lead to various issues. It's likely that the drivers won't function properly on the Windows 10 October 2018 Update.
The Windows 10 update is currently in its final testing phase in the Windows Insiders program, with hopes that these issues won't affect many users.

- Hanging or freezing issues may occur in Forza Motorsport 7.
- Windows Advanced Display Settings option might display inaccurate color depth on some screens.
- In the Windows 10 October 2018 update, waking the computer from hibernation may result in altered video playback on Amazon Prime and audio glitches.
- Upgrading to Windows 10 October 2018 may cause some settings errors due to Intel audio driver.
