1. Creating PDFs with Nitro PDF
Open Nitro PDF and navigate to File -> New
Now, a blank page appears. Choose the 'Text' type, then use the mouse to drag and drop a rectangular area onto the page to input text, just like in Word.

You can adjust the font size and font type by selecting the 'Format' tab, then choosing the font size and font type on the toolbar.
In addition to the 'Format' tab, you can align left, right, or center in the 'Alignment' section, just like in Word.

After entering the text, select File -> Save to save the PDF file.

2. Editing PDFs with Nitro PDF
To edit a PDF file, open Nitro PDF, then select File -> Open -> Computer -> Browse, and choose the PDF file you want to edit on your computer.

Once the PDF file is open, select the Edit option, and now you can click on the content of the PDF file to edit the text as in Word.

If you want to insert additional images, simply press the Add image -> From File button, then select the image from your computer and insert it onto the page.

After inserting an image, you can use the mouse to drag the 4 corners of the image to resize or move its position.

In addition to inserting images, you can also insert another PDF file into the open file by selecting Insert –> Insert from file, then choosing the PDF file on your computer to insert.

In the Review tab, there are other useful options such as: Add Note (add annotations), Markup Text (highlight text), Stamp (stamp), Shapes (insert shapes), Drawing (freehand drawing), etc.

3. Converting PDFs with Nitro PDF
In addition to reading and editing PDF files, we can fully utilize Nitro PDF software to convert PDF file formats to others such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.
To perform conversions, open the PDF file with Nitro PDF software, then in the Convert section, you'll find options for converting file formats such as To Word, To Excel, To PowerPoint, and other options like converting to image formats.

For example, if you want to convert to Word, select To Word. A small window will appear; if you want to convert additional PDF files, select the Add Files… option.
In the Folder section, if you choose Folder of original file, the converted file will be placed in the same folder as the original PDF file.
Checking 'Open files after conversion' will automatically open the file once the conversion is complete.
Then press Convert to initiate the conversion process.
