As a result, Zavi encompasses all the expected features of online meeting software that users require, such as supporting online meetings for up to 100 participants in 24 hours, multi-platform compatibility, user-friendly operation, and high-quality audio and video.
In this article, Mytour will guide users through the necessary steps to download, install, and effectively utilize Zavi for creating online meeting rooms.
Introduction to downloading, installing, and using Zavi on your computer
1. Installing and logging into Zavi on your computer
Step 1: Download the latest version of Zavi to your computer.
Step 2: Right-click on the downloaded Zavi file on your computer, select Run as administrator to run the installation with administrator privileges.
Step 3: Choose the interface language for Zavi, then press OK.
Step 4: Log in to Zavi
Note: Your Zavi account is also your Zalo account, so there's no need to create a separate Zavi account. Simply use your existing Zalo credentials.

Step 5: Log in to your Zalo account:
Note: You have 2 options to log in to your Zalo account at this step:
- Log in to Zalo with phone number
- Log in to Zalo with QR code
In this article, I will log in to Zalo using Phone number and Password.
Select 3 friends from the system-provided list on Zalo, then press Reply.
After completing the login process, the Zavi software interface will appear similar to the illustration below.
2. Create an online meeting on Zavi
Step 1: On the Homepage screen of the software, click on the Create meeting button.
Step 2: Next, you enter the Meeting Name and set the Password. At this step, you can press Start to use the default settings to create the meeting.
In the Add options section, check the boxes next to the items to configure additional features.
3. Share and invite others to join the meeting
Step 1: After creating the meeting room, an information window about the meeting will appear as illustrated below. At this point, you have the following options:
- Invite others to join the meeting: Click the Invite Attendees button.
- Cross-check information: Copy all meeting information including: Topic, Organizer, Join link, Meeting ID, Password
- Copy meeting link: Copy this link and send it to others to join the meeting.
Step 2: New meeting attendees
Here, you Select the user account from the address book. Then, click Invite via Zalo button.
Thus, the list of invited participants will join the meeting you just created.
How to invite more people to the meeting?
If you've closed the information window, click on the i icon next to the meeting room name to reopen the interface for inviting additional participants to the meeting.
4. Attend someone else's meeting
Method 1: Join a Zavi meeting via shared link
When you receive a shared link through any platform like Email, Facebook, Zalo, etc., simply click on it.
Immediately, the system will automatically redirect you to the meeting room and prompt you to install the software.
Method 2: Join a meeting on Zavi via ID
Step 1: Access the Zavi software and click on the Join meeting button.
Alternatively, you can also click on the Join meeting button right outside the software login screen.
Step 2: In the meeting attendance information table, enter the required information, then click Attend.
5. End the meeting
To end a meeting, simply press the End button with a red hang-up icon below the screen.
In case you are the meeting host, Zavi will provide options:
- End: End the meeting for all participants
- Leave: The meeting continues, only you leave.
In case you are an invited guest, you will only have the option to Leave.
At the moment, Zavi software is still in Beta version but already has all the necessary features that users need with stable performance. Through Tamienphi's sharing, users quickly become familiar with and learn how to use Zavi for optimal efficiency.
