The home that I'm going to describe is my friend Evan's house. Once every month or every two months, I decide to go to his house for maybe to eat some food or we can have some fun or go swimming in his pool . I really like this house because it is the most unique house I have ever seen in Vietnam. It is owned by someone that had lived in Germany for some time. When you see it, it looks so interesting because it looks like it's straight out of Germany for maybe fifty or sixty years ago, and has statues of ancient Greek gods and a beautiful rectangular pool. And when I go there, I get such a unique feeling that I can't quite describe. So when I go there it's usually a good occasion for us to have a barbecue and go hang out with some friends and so it feels like a special occasion every time I go. This is also a great place for me to take my dog as well. When I take my dog there it's an opportunity for him to go swimming in the pool since this is a new sort of sensation for my dog to be trying to experience new things. It's a great place for me to let him go since he has such a big yard and the pool is well so when it is a hot day outside and he is able to run around he can go frolicking about, which is interesting because my dog is also German. So what's funny is that I have my German dog going to a German house inside of Vietnam, which I really like to do. Who knows? maybe he feels like he's right at home. |

Content | His house is great to go to because it is in a secluded back alleyway that gets little traffic, and is therefore quite quiet all the time, which is not common in my city. While his house isn’t particularly large, the inside is well designed and structured in a way that feels very spacious. He has an excellent kitchen in his house, and since both of us have enjoyed cooking since we were younger, it is great to go over and spend an evening there cooking and eating dinner. |
Conclusion | Finally, I need to mention his cats. While I am allergic to cats and cannot have one of my own, short times around them isn’t a big concern. They are very cute and sometimes after a particularly difficult week of study I will go to his house just to play with his cats. |

There are many differences, but I think that in the countryside things are often built with less technology, but a stronger intention for them to be durable. In the countryside I think it is far more common for someone to own the land that they are building the house on, and that they themselves will live in it. Whereas in the city, many of the houses are built solely with the intention to extract rent from workers living in the city, and that gives them less desire to make the house last for a long time.
