Well, my parents are a couple who lead a happily married life, so I'm going to discuss them today.
It's not surprising that I've known them since I was born, and it's been over 28 years since then, which also means they're about to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary very soon.
What's interesting to me is that despite being married for a long time, they still cherish each other's company and enjoy doing things together. For instance, it's a tradition for them to travel, just the two of them, twice a year. In our daily lives, they often cook together and try out new recipes they find on the Internet.
I find this particularly heartwarming because after cooking, we, as their children, often have to give feedback and share our thoughts. If we don't like something, they often joke around by saying that the other person messed up a part and should have listened to them.
Also, on weekends, they go to the park and exercise together. They love jogging and spending time with friends there.
I truly admire their marriage, mainly because of their subtle way of expressing love and care for each other, even though many years have passed. For example, when my mom goes out to catch up with her friends, she always brings home some food to share with my dad. Meanwhile, my dad is the one Mytouraring dinner for their anniversary every year, even when my mom forgets their special day.
I believe these little details are the secret to their enduring marriage. I hope I can have a married life like theirs when I grow older.

1. Suppose you reach the age of 35 without being married. Would you still wait for your true love? Why?
I understand this might sound like a cliché, but I have faith in what some call destiny. I genuinely believe that the right person will enter my life when the timing is right. Therefore, if I find myself single at 35, I wouldn't hastily commit for the wrong reasons such as societal expectations or age concerns. Instead, I'd remain optimistic and patiently wait for the right partner.

- settle down: ổn định
- Pressure (noun): áp lực

2. Regarding wedding expenses, who should bear the cost: the man, the woman, or both? Why?
In my view, it's optimal for both the groom and the bride to share the financial responsibilities of their wedding. From what I understand, weddings typically incur substantial expenses due to the multitude of costs involved. Therefore, if both individuals contribute to financing their wedding, it alleviates the financial burden and reduces stress.

- Groom (noun): chú rể
- Bride (noun): cô dâu
- Expense (noun): chi phí

3. Do you believe weddings in your country squander significant sums of money?
While I can't speak for all weddings in my country, personally, I think they do. I've observed numerous Vietnamese couples hosting extravagant ceremonies and multi-day celebrations. Everything encompassed in such events, including food, refreshments, and decorations, often comes with a steep price tag. This tendency may stem from the belief that weddings are a once-in-a-lifetime occasion and warrant a memorable celebration.

- Lavish (adj): xa hoa
- Beverage (noun): đồ uống

4. In traditional families in your country, what roles do men and women typically fulfill? Why?
Traditionally, the husband typically assumes the role of the primary provider for the family, responsible for earning income to support them. Meanwhile, the wife generally manages household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. While this was customary in the past, modern society sees many families adopting a dual-income model, where both spouses participate in the workforce to contribute financially, leading to a redistribution of household responsibilities.
