I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having objectives when entering the workforce. Undoubtedly, having goals can serve as a motivating factor for employees to give their best effort, aiming for improvement, such as seeking a promotion, for instance. Moreover, having clear goals enables employees to understand their needs and desires, giving them a sense of purpose when starting their day and commuting to work.

2. How should employers recognize employee achievements?

I believe it varies based on the level of accomplishment. Let me illustrate: if someone completes a challenging task, like finalizing an annual financial report, perhaps the employer can acknowledge the effort by offering congratulations, or gather everyone to give the employee a round of applause. However, for more significant achievements, such as successfully executing a project that generates substantial profit, a bonus or even a promotion might be appropriate.

3. What types of gifts do young people prefer to receive as rewards?

I believe it varies depending on the level of achievement, much like with adults. For example, if the achievement is something typical like earning an A on an exam, then perhaps encouragement from loved ones is sufficient. However, for more significant achievements such as gaining admission to a prestigious university like Harvard, the desired gift might be something of comparable value to the achievement, like a new car or a new iPhone.

4. How should children manage their allowance?

Teaching children how to spend money wisely at a young age isn't easy, as they tend to focus on trivial items like snacks, comic books, or toys. Therefore, parents need to find their own approach to ensure that their children don't overspend on such items. However, sometimes children should be allowed to spend as they wish, but only after seeking advice from their parents.

5. Why do people nowadays enjoy shopping more than in the past?

I believe one of the most significant reasons is that fewer people today are constrained by tight budgets compared to previous generations. Therefore, they are more inclined to spend money on things they desire. Additionally, advertising plays a crucial role in influencing people's spending habits. It's difficult to ignore daily promotions for products and services.

6. Is shopping beneficial for a country's economy?

From an economic standpoint, increased spending can lead to higher profits in microeconomics, potentially boosting regional economies and contributing to GDP growth. However, in macroeconomics, the impact may vary: increased spending could spur business expansion and economic development, or it could lead to financial strain and a shift towards more conservative spending practices, thereby limiting economic growth.
