There are numerous approaches to tackle this issue. Currently, I can outline two of them. The first is for the government to increase investment in transportation infrastructure, such as constructing or widening roads and bridges. This is particularly crucial in urban areas accommodating millions of residents. The second solution involves enhancing education because better education leads to more efficient commuting. I have witnessed numerous instances of heavy congestion caused by vehicles running red lights.

2. Can the development of public transportation alleviate traffic congestion?

Certainly, it may not completely solve the problem, but it remains an effective solution. While a small car can only accommodate 3-4 people and takes up half the space of a bus, which can carry 20-30 passengers. I believe that it can help reduce traffic volume.

The primary method I know for effectively managing traffic is through good urban planning. It's not just about roads but also about constructing buildings and infrastructure in a sensible manner to evenly distribute traffic across areas.
