1. Logging into the BIDV online system
After registering for BIDV internet banking services, users can access the BIDV online system using the provided username and password. It's advisable to change the password during the first login to enhance the security of the BIDV account.

To inquire about details of the current payment account, select 'current payment account' on the left menu, click on each account number, then Name, account number, account balance,... will be displayed.
Furthermore, if you want to print BIDV account statements, click on 'account statements' on the right menu of the screen. Details of the account statements within the requested time frame will be displayed. For debit card, credit card accounts, you can follow the same instructions.

Additionally, with the 'transfer' feature on the BIDV online system, you can schedule transfers for future dates within 1 day, set up recurring payment orders, or manage recipient lists.
Note: Currently, BIDV offers free transfers for customers transferring within the BIDV system with amounts less than 10,000,000 VND. For larger amounts, the transfer fee is 0.01% of the transferred amount, capped at 300,000 VND per transaction.
For transfers outside the system, the transfer fee is 7,000 VND per transaction for amounts less than 10,000,000 VND. For larger transfer amounts, the applicable transfer fee is 0.02% of the transfer fee.
6. How to pay bills online with BIDV online
With the 'payment' section, you can use it to top up your phone, pay bills, schedule bill payments, manage recurring payment orders, find saved bill lists, or review automatic payment history.
Among the above features, 'bill payment' is the most commonly used service. To pay bills for electricity, water, insurance, tuition fees, or top up e-wallets, select the 'bill payment' function in the 'payment' section and enter the required information as instructed to complete the transaction.
