In 2022, Naraka: Bladepoint organizes its inaugural global tournament on a worldwide scale. Before this, a series of successful tournaments concluded, such as Official Scrim, Celestra Cup, Pan-Asian Challenger, and now in December, the pinnacle event, Naraka: Bladepoint World Championship 2022 (NBWC), officially kicks off.

Following qualifiers, the NBWC Finals bring together 24 top teams in the team format and the best 24 solo players from 6 regions. Vietnam is represented by 3 teams (BamBoo Esports VN, VNGC, Touman Esports) in the team format and 2 solo players (Royhihi and Snack). The event takes place in Singapore from December 2nd to 18th.
As the largest global tournament to date, NBWC boasts a total prize pool of 1,497,600 USD, equivalent to over 35 billion VND. This includes 299,600 USD for the Singles category and 1,199,800 USD for the Teams category.
However, beyond the material rewards, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Vietnamese players to leave a lasting impact, compete with top-tier players, come closer to international standards, have the chance to create history, and become the world champions of Naraka.
iBinn, the reigning champion from BamBoo Esports, expresses immense excitement as this marks his inaugural participation in a prestigious international tournament. Meanwhile, Solo Champion Snack believes this achievement holds significant importance for his future path and represents a major turning point in his Naraka: Bladepoint career.
Currently, the draw for NBWC 2022 groups has been completed. TM is in Group A, VNGC in Group B, and BBE in Group C for the team format, while Royhihi is in Group A and Snack is in Group C for the solo format. Each group faces formidable opponents from the remaining 5 regions, especially the Chinese region.
Naraka: Bladepoint currently boasts an average of around 60,000 daily players on Steam, regularly peaking at over 120,000 players on high-traffic days. China contributes the largest player base and is expected to enhance the competitiveness of the Naraka: Bladepoint World Championship 2022.
