Unveiling NVIDIA GeForce 930M: a mid-range graphics card designed for laptops, launched in March 2015, built on the foundation of Geforce 840M.

The Architecture
GeForce 930MX boasts the NVIDIA Maxwell™ architecture: NVIDIA's most advanced architecture, delivering astonishing performance and efficiency. Additionally, it supports NVIDIA Optimus and GeForce Experience technologies.
Performance
The performance of GeForce 930M is slightly lower compared to Geforce 840M due to its lower core clock speed. Games like Evolve can only be played at the lowest settings. However, less demanding games such as F1 2014 or Fifa 15 can be played at the highest settings.
Features
GeForce 930M integrates the sixth-generation PureVideo HD (VP6), providing better decoding performance for H.264 and MPEG-2 formats. VP6 supports all features of previous generations (including 4K, PIP, and video encoding via NVENC API). Unfortunately, HDMI 2.0 support is still lacking.
Power Consumption
The power consumption of GeForce 930M is approximately 33 Watts or less. Therefore, the 930M is best suited for laptops with 13-inch screens or larger. Additionally, it also supports Optimus for automatic switching between integrated graphics and Nvidia GPU, aiding in power savings.
