Registering for Viettel eSIM Online or at Viettel stores quickly

1. How to register for eSIM with Viettel at a physical store

If you're wondering where to register for eSIM with Viettel, and for whatever reason, you don't want to use or install the My Viettel app, you can still register for Viettel's eSIM at their authorized stores or agents. Here's what you need to keep in mind:
- Arrange your schedule to visit the authorized store or agent during their working hours. You can call ahead to inquire about their hours and location.
- Bring your identification card or personal ID.
- Registration fee for Viettel eSIM: The fee varies depending on whether you're exchanging your SIM for eSIM or getting a new eSIM:
+ Fee for exchanging SIM to eSIM: 25,000 VND.
+ Fee for registering a new prepaid eSIM: 50,000 VND.
+ Fee for registering a new postpaid eSIM: 60,000 VND.

2. How to register for eSIM with Viettel online

When it comes to registering for Viettel eSIM online, previously, you could do it through My Viettel with the following steps: 

Download the My Viettel app to your phone
- Download My Viettel for Android
- Download My Viettel for iPhone

Important notes:
- After registering for eSIM, your current phone SIM may be locked and you'll be required to visit Viettel's counter to complete further eSIM registration steps. Therefore, consider carefully before opting for this online registration method. 
- When registering for eSIM, you'll need to prepare the following information:
+ Original identification card/ID card matching the information you provide during registration.
+ Phone number: Do not enter the phone number currently registered on My Viettel; instead, input the phone number of a family member or friend for convenient contact by My Viettel.

How to proceed:

Step 1: On your phone, open and log in to My Viettel.
Step 2: At the top of the interface, click the Search icon (Figure 1). Then, type 'change sim' (note: remember to switch to Vietnamese input for accents). When suggestions appear, click 'Change sim' (Figure 2). 

Step 3: Click 'Change eSim' (Figure 3). Then, click 'Agree' (Figure 4). Follow the system prompts to complete the eSim registration process. 

So, you can choose to register for Viettel eSIM online or at Viettel's counter. If you opt for counter registration or eSim change, remember to arrive early to be promptly assisted by staff, avoiding long queues and wait times.
