In fact, I am not particularly keen on fashion or someone who follows the latest trends, as I usually opt for casual attire. However, when there's a special event in my family or I receive an invitation from friends, dressing elegantly becomes necessary. Today, I'll share one of those occasions. 

It was my friend's wedding last month. I distinctly remember receiving admiring comments from everyone. I wore a sheath dress in pastel blue and white, which happens to be my favorite color. Actually, my friend played a role in selecting the dress; we went shopping together before the wedding. I entrusted her with the choice because she has a great sense of style and keeps up with current fashion trends.

Fortunately, the dress fit me perfectly. I immediately took it to the fitting room when I first saw it. Though fashion isn't my forte, I confidently affirm that I have a good eye for fashion. The dress suits my taste well and is extremely versatile, as it can be worn in both formal settings at work and during my studies at school.

At the wedding, everyone commented on how different I looked. This was mainly because I usually favor a casual look, typically opting for a T-shirt and jeans, or sometimes a simple shift dress. Everyone seemed pleasantly surprised by my appearance that day, as I rarely wear such feminine attire. Overall, I was delighted and thankful to my friend for helping me choose such a lovely dress.

Therefore, I do not think that expensive clothes are always better than cheaper ones.
