However, I find this regulation impractical and disconnected from societal norms, particularly regarding the appearance expectations placed on women. Interestingly, there exists an unwritten rule dictating that women should maintain a professional appearance, including wearing makeup and fashionable attire, which contradicts the regulations enforced throughout 12 years of compulsory education.
While I understand the intention behind this rule, aiming to minimize distractions during the learning process, clearer communication from teachers could have mitigated feelings of compulsion among students. Instead of being counterproductive, regulations should align with the behavioral expectations set by adults, with students comprehending the rationale behind these rules.
Rather than outright prohibition, teachers could have provided clearer guidance. For instance, educating students on the potential negative effects of using cosmetics at a young age or emphasizing the importance of prioritizing study time during adolescence. Additionally, the school administration could organize workshops to educate students on appropriate cosmetic usage.
In conclusion, while I disagree with this regulation, comprehensive guidance could lead to better understanding and acceptance among students towards teachers' decisions.
