1. Samsung Launches the World's Largest 8K QLED TV
During its CES 2019 event, Samsung introduces a new model of 8K QLED TV
With a 98-inch size and 8K resolution (7,680 × 4,320 pixels), Samsung claims this QLED TV has pixels 16 times higher than FullHD resolution. It is also equipped with the Quantum Processor 8K chip for image processing.

Samsung also incorporates its exclusive technology, using AI to recognize and enhance any content (regardless of the original resolution) to the nearest 8K quality.
Samsung states that you can upgrade to 8K resolution even with currently broadcasting TV channels, content recorded from decoding boxes, online streaming services like Netflix, image input sources like HDMI, and even the image mirroring feature Air Play 2.

Air Play 2 is a mirroring feature from iOS or macOS devices to the TV screen. Apple collaborated with Samsung to bring this feature to new TVs, including the 98-inch QLED 8K TV. Moreover, Samsung TVs are now integrated with iTunes, allowing users to purchase compelling movies and TV programs from this content library.
Finally, Samsung reveals that the 98-inch QLED 8K TV will be supported by the virtual assistant Bixby. Users can command Bixby through voice to control the TV, search, and select favorite programs. Additionally, Bixby will provide suggestions based on user habits and previously watched content.
Currently, Samsung has not disclosed the selling price of this 98-inch QLED 8K TV. However, we will update as soon as we receive the information.
