- Carefully check the accompanying specifications of the router, such as the access address (usually 192.168.0.1), username, and password for login (usually admin and admin or 12345678). If unable to access, consider resetting the router to the default settings (small black Reset button at the back of the router).
- Use Internet Explorer (IE) instead of Firefox or Google Chrome.
- When configuring, connect the router directly to your PC via RJ45 cable, plugging it into the yellow LAN port on the router.
- On the computer, set the IP to dynamic, avoid static IP; if set statically, it must match the IP address range of the router.
