Certain nations have implemented regulations to restrict the number of hours employees can work. What are the reasons behind these regulations? In your opinion, are they beneficial or detrimental? Write a minimum of 250 words

– Regulations to minimize work pressure for laborers => limiting working hours can prevent being forced to work overtime by businesses
Example: A recent survey shows that most employees prefer working fewer hours so they can spend more time with their families, themselves, and feel less exhausted
– Increasing work efficiency => Studies show that with a more relaxed work environment, employees are more motivated, becoming more enthusiastic about their work, contributing to company development 

Body Paragraph 2:  

Responding to the question “Do you think this law has a positive or negative impact?”
– Despite the potential benefits of these policies, emerging issues can still overshadow them
– Business costs to ensure business progress => employees return on schedule but work is not finished => need to hire additional part-time employees
– Workers with the same working hours => increase in peak-hour traffic participants => traffic congestion worsens significantly in serious countries
