1. Origin of Dung Quat Beer
Dung Quat Beer is produced at the Dung Quat Beer Factory in Quang Ngai province, formerly known as the Quang Ngai Beer Factory. Established in 1991, the brewery became operational in 1993 under the management of Quang Ngai Sugar Company, now renamed as Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company (QNS).

When considering its age, this brand is one of Vietnam's long-standing beer companies, with a presence of over 30 years. Additionally, the entire production line, including malt, hops, and yeast, is imported from Europe. Notably, the beer formula is a technology directly transferred from the renowned Branik beer manufacturer in the Czech Republic.
2. Flavor Characteristics of Dung Quat Beer
Dung Quat beer can be described as a line that inherits the essence of the traditional lager beer formula from the Czech Republic. The beer boasts an appealing shiny golden color, crafted from high-quality malt and premium hops, featuring distinctive flavor characteristics:
- A gentle, mild aroma from high-quality hops and malt, creating a relaxing sensation and stimulating the taste buds for the drinker.
- The beer has a subtle bitterness, a sweet and crisp aftertaste. The mild bitterness comes from balanced hops, harmonizing with the sweet crispness from malt. When enjoyed, the beer brings a refreshing and pleasant sensation to the drinker.
- Moderate alcohol content (from 4.3% to 4.5%), suitable for those who enjoy beer but want to avoid getting intoxicated too quickly.
3. Popular Varieties of Dung Quat Beer Today
The Dung Quat Beer factory currently produces a variety of beers for both domestic and international markets. Specifically, in the domestic market of Vietnam, particularly in the Central provinces, the most distributed types are the following three:
3.1. Dung Quat Lager Beer

However, to align with the current trend of low-alcohol beer consumption, this beer line has been reduced to 4.3%, ensuring it still retains the original traditional flavor.
The beer has a beautiful shiny golden color, featuring a balanced mild bitterness and sweet crispness, providing a refreshing sensation during enjoyment. With its gentle, fresh flavor and moderate alcohol content, Dung Quat Lager Beer is usually not too selective, suiting the tastes of a wide range of consumers.

Dung Quat Lager Beer is now available in bottled formats with the following capacities:

This Hello High Beer is produced with a youthful, dynamic packaging design, incorporating stylish images and patterns inspired by the ancient city of Prague, aiming to resonate better with the current preferences of the younger generation.
Not just the packaging, but the flavor and alcohol content of Hello High beer are also quite mild, easy to drink, suitable for all audiences, and perfect for family gatherings or intimate parties with friends. Hello High Beer currently has an alcohol content of 4.3% with the characteristic light yellow color.
