1. What attributes define a role model?

I am of the opinion that a competent role model should possess admirable qualities that motivate others to enact positive transformations and strive toward fresh objectives. These characteristics need not be excessively complex. Instead, they may simply involve traits such as confidence, strong ethical principles, or an optimistic outlook, which render the individual worthy of emulation.

2. Why should youngsters look up to role models?

Youngsters are inherently reliant and view the world as an unfamiliar place. Hence, they observe and replicate the conduct of adults around them to comprehend their environment. Adults serve as role models, molding the character and conduct of the young. Therefore, it's crucial for youngsters to absorb positive qualities from the seasoned generations. 

3. Who wields more influence over youngsters, educators or guardians? 

I would argue that both educators and guardians hold equal significance in a youngster's life. While educators

play a pivotal role in shaping academic growth, guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior. During the child's formative years, they spend most of their time with their guardians, absorbing and learning from those closest to them. Simultaneously, schools provide children with knowledge across various disciplines such as history and science. Moreover, educators also guide young learners on how to study effectively and productively.

4. What type of global news motivates individuals? 

I believe that stories with positive outcomes lifting readers’ spirits can significantly impact readers. A prime example of this is news of personal achievements. A professional milestone such as winning a Nobel Prize or securing a medal in a prestigious tournament greatly motivates others and instills the belief that they too can achieve similar feats.
