I am of the opinion that a competent role model should possess admirable qualities that motivate others to enact positive transformations and strive toward fresh objectives. These characteristics need not be excessively complex. Instead, they may simply involve traits such as confidence, strong ethical principles, or an optimistic outlook, which render the individual worthy of emulation.
2. Why should youngsters look up to role models?
Youngsters are inherently reliant and view the world as an unfamiliar place. Hence, they observe and replicate the conduct of adults around them to comprehend their environment. Adults serve as role models, molding the character and conduct of the young. Therefore, it's crucial for youngsters to absorb positive qualities from the seasoned generations.
