- Can Trường: Armor and Magic Resist reduced from 25/50/95/240 to 20/45/75/140
- Bilgewater: Big Shot damage increased to 100/150/325/800
- Bilgewater: Bonus damage ratio adjusted to 33/55/70/135%
- Demacia: Armor and Magic Resist granted to nearby allies reduced at 5/7/9 to 25/45/150
- Mystic: Damage from skill execution reduced from 60% to 55%
- Piltover: Gold value reduced and basic rewards at 6 Piltover increased by 20%
- Void: Stealth health threshold reduced from 50% to 35%
- Shurima: Ascension bonus effect adjusted to 0/20/50/90%
- Punishers: Critical strike ratio adjusted to 15/35/75% and bonus critical strike damage ratio increased to 15/35/55%
- Ixtal Set (4): Reworked - Ixtal set no longer stuns enemies every 6 seconds; instead, it empowers champions to deal 25% bonus damage to enemies stunned by this effect.

- Milio: Bounce damage increased to 180/270/400 and splash damage increased to 90/140/200
Tier 2 Champions
- Galio: Starting energy from 60/120 to 60/110
- Jinx: Basic SMCK reduced from 55 to 50
- Qiyana: No longer dashes beyond her skill range
Tier 3 Champions
- Karma: Additional SMPT from Ionia increased from 20 to 25
- Vel'koz: Damage from Disintegration Ray reduced from 250/375/600 to 245/365/600
- Neeko: Shield amount adjusted to 250/350/475 and bonus magic damage increased to 300/400/700
- Rek’sai: Starting energy increased from 30/70 to 50/70. Rek’sai will now mark bitten enemies; if the target has been marked previously, her skill will deal additional standard damage by 135/145/150% SMCK
- Darius: Basic SMCK increased from 60 to 65
- Jayce: Basic SMCK reduced from 65 to 60

Tier 4 Champions
- Fiora: Her skill now heals her in proportion to her stats when dealing damage to shields. Skill damage reduced from 150/150/250% to 140/140/240%
- Jarvan IV: Stun duration reduced from 1.75/2.25/8 seconds to 1.5/2/8 seconds
- Nasus: Maximum lifesteal from skills reduced from 5% to 4%
- Nilah: Will target more units with damage when equipped with Infinity's Edge
- Silco: Skill damage reduced from 80/120/425 to 75/115/425
- Xayah: Adjusted starting energy from 30/110 to 30/90. Feather count increased from 7/7/12 to 7/7/15. Feather damage ratio adjusted from 80% to 80/80/125%
Tier 5 Champions
- Aatrox: Full lifesteal reduced from 15% to 10%
- Gangplank: Attack speed increased from 0.8 to 0.85. In melee form, burning damage reduced from 300/300/2500 to 250/250/2500, duration reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds. In ranged form, energy per hit increased from 3 to 5.
- Heimerdinger (New Upgrade): Refractor Beam - shoots a beam of lasers dealing damage, while receiving 100% of Heimerdinger's energy from all sources
- Ryze (Ixtal): Damage ratio changed from 185/285/1500% Armor + Magic Resist to 200/300/1500% Armor + Magic Resist
- Ryze (Demacia): Skill damage increased from 300/450/999 to 300/450/2000
- Ryze (Shadow Isles): Now able to revive allies when health is above 100%
