"10/10 for a studio that doesn't have any flaws.
At first, I was uncertain about where to place my trust, but once I came across this studio’s advertisement matching exactly what I needed, I decided to give it a shot. After thoroughly scouring various online groups to make sure there were no complaints about them, I was convinced by the overwhelmingly positive reviews and we immediately booked an appointment. I was very pleased with everything from customer service, makeup, to the photographer. I haven't received the edited photos yet, so I can't comment on that, but the raw images were already great, so I believe the edits won’t disappoint.
As for the makeup, I'm not very picky, so I didn’t ask for a trial, and I simply trusted them. I was lucky enough to have Linh Tâm do my makeup, and she was super meticulous. I like vivid colors, and though the two of us were joking around about being over-the-top, the makeup turned out perfectly natural and beautiful—nothing too loud. She kept asking what I liked, but I trusted her judgment and was amazed by how great it looked.
As for the photographer, I initially read reviews saying that Dat from Pala is the most dedicated, but I didn’t request a specific photographer, so I was assigned a different one. It turned out that my assigned photographer was unavailable, and Dat was sent instead. Hearing his name, I knew everything would be fine. During the shoot, Dat meticulously adjusted every pose, angle, and even the dress’s flow. Nothing was left to chance. The team also worked hard to set up each scene according to my ideas. After every couple of shots, the makeup artists would rush in to retouch my hair, making sure every detail was perfect. The unique concept I wanted was also well-received by the team; we finished the shoot with everyone complimenting the creative shots.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with everything, and although I haven’t seen the final results yet, I’m already impressed by the professionalism of the team. I jokingly told them that I’m usually very picky, but today everything just went smoothly and naturally.

Mai did a beautiful job with my makeup, Trang was very helpful in advising me on the wedding dress, Trung Dũng made the photos look stunning, and the photographer was supportive throughout.
