Renowned leaker Digital Chat Station previously hinted that the Xiaomi 14 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Today, details about its processor and internal storage have been revealed.

Specifically, the successor to Xiaomi 13 is expected to offer up to 1TB of storage capacity, doubling the previous generation. Xiaomi 14 is projected to feature a 4,860mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The leaked design diagram of this phone indicates a familiar layout with a square camera cluster situated in the top left corner. However, Xiaomi's next flagship will feature four rear cameras instead of three like the previous generation.
According to DCS, the main camera of the Xiaomi 14 will have a larger sensor, 50MP 1/1.28 inch, up from the Xiaomi 13's 50MP 1/1.49 inch. It will be paired with a 'medium tele' camera, likely with a standard lens similar to its predecessor with 3.2x optical zoom support. The third camera will be an ultra-wide lens, while information about the phone's fourth camera has not been disclosed yet.
