1. Describe your typical day.
I’m not a morning person, but I always strive to wake up as early as I can. This allows me more time to engage in activities I enjoy. I kick off my day with a 30-minute workout. Then, I head to work at 8 am and return home at 5 pm. Usually, I wind down by relaxing my mind around midnight. However, this routine is flexible and varies based on my workload.
