II. Enrollment Information for the Financial Academy 2023
1. Candidates, Admission Conditions
Candidates for enrollment at the Financial Academy are determined at the time of admission consideration (before the official announcement of admission results), including:

- Người đã được công nhận tốt nghiệp THPT của Việt Nam hoặc có bằng tốt nghiệp của nước ngoài được công nhận trình độ tương đương;
- Người đã có bằng tốt nghiệp trung cấp ngành nghề thuộc cùng nhóm ngành dự tuyển và đã hoàn thành đủ yêu cầu khối lượng kiến thức văn hóa cấp THPT theo quy định của pháp luật.
Candidates for preliminary admission to the Financial Academy must meet the following conditions:

- Đạt ngưỡng đầu vào theo quy định;
- Có đủ sức khoẻ để học tập theo quy định hiện hành;
- Có đủ thông tin cá nhân, hồ sơ dự tuyển theo quy định.
For candidates with disabilities or impaired learning abilities, the Academy implements necessary measures and provides the best conditions for applicants wishing to register for admission to the Financial Academy and pursue suitable fields based on their health conditions.
2. Scope of Enrollment
Programs, majors, specialized groups, and training majors are organized for specific enrollment periods and methods at the Financial Academy as outlined in the project.
3. Methods of Enrollment
In 2023, the Financial Academy has 5 primary methods of enrollment. To understand more about these methods, please refer to the table below:

4. Enrollment Targets
The total enrollment target for the regular training system at the Financial Academy is 4,200 positions. In addition, targets include direct admissions and admissions for high school graduates with at least 60%; admissions based on capacity assessment and maximum cognitive evaluation of 5%, the rest based on 2023 high school graduation exam results and combined admissions assessment.
5. Thresholds Ensuring Input Quality
The thresholds ensuring the input quality of candidates applying under the criteria of excellent high school students and combined admissions are the conditions for preliminary admission/application submission. Admission scores of candidates using 2023 high school graduation exam results in each field of the Financial Academy with total scores of 3 subjects from one of the eligible combinations (including priority points by region and target group) are from 19 points or higher for standard programs and from 20 points or higher for high-quality programs according to each admission code.
6. Other Necessary Information for Candidates Applying to Various Majors at the Academy
After being admitted, all freshmen in the general program have the right to apply for admission to the high-quality training program at the Financial Academy.
7. Priority Policies
Priority admission policies at the Financial Academy as regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training: The Academy awards 04 scholarships, each worth 150 million VND/course, to candidates who achieve awards in the national and international excellent student selection exams organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, ranked from high to low based on achieving a score of 29.0 or higher in the high school graduation exam (excluding priority points); these scholarships are awarded each semester and maintained in subsequent semesters if academic results are ranked Excellent or above.
8. Estimated Tuition Fees
The estimated tuition fees for the academic year 2023-2024 at the Financial Academy are:

- Chương trình chuẩn: Từ 22 – 24 triệu đồng/sinh viên/năm học.
- Chương trình chất lượng cao: Từ 48 – 50 triệu đồng/sinh viên/năm học.
- Diện tuyển sinh theo đặt hàng: Từ 42 – 44 triệu đồng/sinh viên/năm học.
From subsequent academic years, tuition fees may change, with an increase not exceeding 10% compared to the previous academic year.
