How to Display Rulers
If you don't see the rulers at the edge of the workspace, navigate to
View> Rulersor use keyboard shortcuts

How to Change Measurement Units
Adobe Photoshop supports seven types of units, including:- Pixel
- Inch
- Centimeter
- Millimeter
- Point
- Pica (1 pica = 12 points)
- Percentage
The quickest way to switch between unit types is to right-click on the ruler and choose your desired option from the dropdown menu.
You can also alter the units through Photoshop's preference panel. Open
Edit> Preferences> Units & Rulers.(For Mac, go to Photoshop> Preferences> Units & Rulers.)
Under the
Units, choose the dropdown menu
