4. Mango Coconut Bubble Tea
Ingredients:
- Ripe Mango: 1kg
- Fresh Oranges: 2
- Coconut Water: 800ml
- Dried Tapioca Pearls: 300g
- White Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Cook the tapioca pearls: Rinse the tapioca pearls thoroughly, then boil until cooked. Ensure the heat is medium and the water barely covers the tapioca pearls. Once boiling, reduce heat and cook until the pearls are transparent. Remember to stir continuously to prevent the pearls from sticking together and to the bottom of the pot. When the pearls are cooked, remove and place them in cold water to cool, then drain.
- Prepare the oranges by washing them, cutting them in half, and then separating them into small pieces, discarding the peel.
- Prepare the mango by washing it, peeling it, and cutting it into 1cm thick square pieces.
- Next, place the mango in a blender, add 2 tablespoons of white sugar and 800ml of coconut water, and blend until smooth.
