1. Vespa GTS 300 HPE Scooter – Price range: $155.4 million VND
Introduced in Vietnam since July 2019, the Vespa GTS 300 HPE scooter is equipped with the most powerful engine ever produced by Piaggio. This new version features a sporty design with highlights on the horn cover, body, and suspension.

2. Honda SH 350i Scooter – Price range: Around 165 -170 million VND
The Honda SH 350i scooter is assembled at a factory in Vietnam, hence it is priced lower than the previously imported SH300i model. This model is favored by many users for its assertion of class and luxury.
The manufacturer, Honda, meticulously designs every aspect of this scooter. The frame is redesigned compared to its sibling, the SH150, with a more imposing body and wider footrest.
Similar to many scooters in the same segment, the SH 350i comes with modern features such as LED lights, ABS brakes, HSTC torque control technology, USB charging port, smartkey lock, and smart connectivity with the My Honda+ app on smartphones via Bluetooth, enabling functions like call notifications, SMS/SNS messages.
The Honda SH 300i scooter utilizes the latest engine from the eSP+ line, with a single-cylinder displacement of 350 cc. It is paired with PGM-Fi fuel injection technology for fuel efficiency.
3. Dynamic Duo: BMW C400X and C400GT Scooters – Price range: $289-$319 million VND
BMW Motorrad, the renowned German luxury motorcycle brand, recognizes the potential in the maxi scooter segment in Vietnam and introduces the market to the C400X and C400GT scooter duo. Both large-displacement scooters share the same engine and frame platform. They differ only slightly in design aspects such as overall dimensions, headlight style, or windshield. Overall, the design style of the BMW C400X and C400GT is sleek and fiery.
Both models are equipped with full LED headlights, a colorful 6.5-inch TFT display, heated handlebar grips, 2-channel ABS brakes, entertainment speaker system, ASC traction control system, and flexible storage compartment with BMW's exclusive Flexcase technology.
The power of the engines in the C400X and C400GT comes from a 350cc SOHC engine, with a maximum output of 34 horsepower and 35Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, reaching a top speed of 139 km/h.
4. Honda Forza 300 Scooter – Price range: $350 million VND
The Honda Forza 300 is a newcomer to the maxi scooter segment in Vietnam and is imported by private dealers. The design of the Honda Forza 300 is similar to Honda's large-displacement PCX model, with angular lines throughout the scooter.
The Honda Forza 300 also features safety technologies like 2-channel ABS brakes and HSTC traction control. The engine of the Honda Forza 300 has a displacement of 279cc, liquid-cooled, generating a maximum power of 25 horsepower at 7,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 27.2Nm at 5,750 rpm.
5. Kymco AK550 Scooter – Price range: $375 million VND
The large displacement Kymco AK550 scooter comes from the Taiwanese brand and was introduced to the Vietnamese market in mid-2018. The AK550 model features the typical design of a maxi scooter with angular lines and prominent ridges running throughout the scooter.
