Because this is a type of topic related to experience, candidates should closely follow answering the questions that the topic directs. Initially, candidates need to clearly state what that challenge is, when and where it occurred. Candidates should get straight to the point, avoiding lengthy digressions.
Next, candidates can mention the time and place where they overcame that challenge. Then, explain why that challenge was difficult, what motivated them to overcome it.
Finally, candidates need to clearly state their feelings about that challenge. Candidates should use a variety of adjectives to express emotions to impress the examiners.

People often claim that challenges constantly present themselves unexpectedly, but for me, that doesn’t apply because I always enjoy pushing myself. My final semester at the university was extremely dull, and since the entire nation was under lockdown during the COVID-19 quarantine, every student had to stay at home and do distance learning assignments. So I made the decision to add a little flavor to things by participating in an extracurricular activity.
With the participation of 10 countries, the event I registered for was a simulation of a WTO negotiation round on regional and sustainable development. I joined the where donistan team, which has a rather strange name for a nation. We had five days to complete all the research and paperwork, and another five days to negotiate, with a different round taking place every day. Since five days was insufficient, the preparation required a lot of mental energy.
We had to take a tour, understand each nation’s commitments, and develop policies that accurately reflected the situation. On the final day, we even stayed up all night practicing and getting ready. Fortunately, the discussion went fairly smoothly. With many other nations, we reached accord after successfully outlining our demands.
I’ve learned a lot over the course of five days acting as a virtual negotiator. I’ve had the opportunity to talk with actual WTO negotiators and obtain a clearer understanding of the intricate relationship between trade liberalization and sustainable growth. But the most crucial thing I discovered was how to compromise. Since different nations have extremely varied policies, it’s critical to create a distinction between our demands and those of others and work toward the most advantageous accords that promote equal development.

1. Do you believe parents should present challenges to their children?
Yes, I firmly believe that parents should regularly present their kids with obstacles. Children become more self-assured and better equipped for the demands of adult life, in my opinion.
