1/ Do you frequently make assessments of other individuals?
Honestly, as unpleasant as it may sound, I must confess that forming opinions about others is simply a part of human nature. I speak from personal experience because to some extent, I am also guilty of this behavior. I do make an effort to remind myself constantly that I shouldn’t evaluate others based solely on my own standards, but sometimes, I catch myself being quite critical towards, for instance, a woman who laughs loudly in public or a child who runs around in a restaurant, actions which I perceive as discourteous.

If you were to ask me the same question, say, a decade ago, my response would have been ‘heartbroken,’ as I used to be extremely self-aware of my actions in public and would get quite anxious if someone showed negativity towards me. However, as time has gone by, I have gradually realized that it's impossible to please everyone. I appreciate myself for who I am, so I no longer concern myself with whether others feel the same. As long as I treat people with kindness and respect, I have nothing to prove.
