1. Chuyên ngành của bạn là gì?
At present, I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration, which encompasses various disciplines such as marketing, economics, and business management. I have always had a penchant for mathematics, so I feel I am on the right path as I am performing well at university.
2. What influenced your decision to study this major?
Ever since I was young, I have harbored aspirations of running my own business. This is why I believe that upon graduation, I will be adequately prepared to open a coffee shop in the city and eventually achieve my long-held ambition.
3. Are you satisfied with your choice of major? (Why?/Why not?)
[>Yes] Absolutely, I have never regretted choosing Business Administration as my major. Alongside supportive professors and classmates who have contributed to my academic progress, I find the coursework highly practical. Thus, despite encountering challenges with certain courses, the experience has been incredibly rewarding.
[>No] While I find a few subjects enjoyable, overall, Business Administration doesn't capture my interest. I've come to realize that I'm more inclined towards creative roles like a designer or illustrator, where imagination plays a crucial role. Looking back, I regret not choosing a major related to art.
4. What type of school did you attend as a child?
I believe I'm quite typical among Vietnamese children as I attended public schools from kindergarten through fifth grade. Although the facilities weren't extravagant, I cherished the camaraderie and friendships I developed.
5. What was your favorite subject as a child?
Interestingly, I fancied myself a good singer in those days. Music was taught once a week, and for a good five or six years, those classes were the highlight of my week. However, with puberty came a change in my voice, and singing, once my strong suit, lost its appeal.
6. Is the educational system in your country effective?
Honestly, I don't find it very effective, especially because secondary and high school students have to tackle over ten subjects per semester, most of which won't be useful once they enter universities. For instance, I discovered other subjects besides English and Literature to be irrelevant when I studied English Language at university.
7. Are you eager to start working?
I'm fully aware of the competitive job market. Nevertheless, I never shy away from challenges and am prepared to test my abilities and determination. Moreover, I believe working will help me toughen up and evolve into a better version of myself. So yes, I'm really looking forward to it.
